Responsibilities:

• Market research and reporting related to potential investors and the firm’s investment strategy.
• Provide quality background information on current and prospect limited partners.
• Assist with post-meeting follow-ups to provide additional information requested during fundraising meetings.
• Gather information on limited partners in funds managed by the firm.
• Update and maintain the accuracy of the client database in Salesforce.
• Correspond with existing and/or potential investors.
• Roadshow and event planning.

Qualifications:

• Pantera Capital seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic background at a highly ranked school.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services in a client-facing role: investor relations, client service, capital markets, equity research, investment banking.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and concern for quantitative accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Driven self-starter who can work independently in a team‐oriented environment.
• High EQ and ability to cultivate relationships and help improve overall client relationship process/structure.
• Impeccable work ethic.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledgeable and passionate about blockchain and digital assets.
• Understanding of venture and hedge fund strategies and analytical methodologies.
